Congo Frontline Missions

Text Box: Keith M. is a missionary from Central California that we sent to Congo a couple months ago. Here is his latest report:

Congo Frontline Missions is a mission organization in the Democratic Republic of Congo for the purpose of bring the three angels messages to the dark areas of the country. We will accomplish this: by training and sending out church planters and through medical mission work.
Today marks two weeks since I left the states. There have been a lot of challenges and blessings that bring me to this point.
Before I left, my friends got together for a meal and a small going away party. I'm leaving a lot of good friends behind but I know that this move is a part of God's plan. I praise God to have a large support team lifting me up in prayer. I know that the devil is unhappy when we attack his strongholds.
God blessed me with safe travel all the way to Africa. I was a little bit over weight with my bags, but with the help of a friend I was able to readjust things quickly at the airport putting a few heavy books into my carry on to even out the checked luggage.
I had a lot of things to carry on to the plane. I had a laptop and also a separate bag with my projector as it is too delicate to be checked. On top of that I was carrying my guitar and a lunch bag. When I arrived at the Washington D.C. Airport I was met by a friend, W—— and we traveled together from then on. He is coming to the Congo as a student missionary to assist me in my work. When we were boarding the plane they were checking the weight of people's carry on luggage. I knew I would be over. But God had his hand over me and I was able to walk onto the plane without ever being questioned. We had a few small challenges at the airport entering the Congo but once we received our luggage the church leaders were right there waiting for us.
We stayed about a week in the Capital of Kinshasa before traveling to the Kisangani where Congo Frontline Missions is based. While in Kinshasa we were able to accomplish a number of business items including buying a motorcycle which was then shipped to Kisangani. One challenge was that the bank we planned to use wasn't able to open an account for us. But the Lord blessed and in one day I was able to open an account at another bank and transfer funds from the US successfully.
Last Friday I arrived safely at Kisangani and was met by my friend Pastor M——, church leaders, and W—— who had traveled ahead of me to Kisangani. When the wheels of the plane touched down in Kisangani I said to myself, it's good to be home. I've only been here once before, but I know that this is the place to which God has called me to minister in the years ahead, this is where my heart is, this is now home.
Please continue to pray for us as we work for God here in the Congo. May God Bless each and every one of you.
